It features a linear guide with roller bearing to minimize friction, enhancing efficiency. This patented system incorporates tension discs for preloading the press, which is crucial for processes like Container Heating and Induction Heating Solutions. Additionally, the low flow rate of hydraulic oil in the pipes reduces noise levels and minimizes load on the system, contributing to a more sustainable operation. The maintenance-friendly design includes a cover of the main cylinder secured by screw connections, along with easy tensioning and retensioning facilitated by the tension discs. The spherical bearing container and side cylinder with attachment points simplify assembly and disassembly. For environmental protection, a safety plate heat exchanger for oil cooling (oil/water) is employed, preventing side-by-side contamination. The electric drive for the die cassette changer enhances operational efficiency. Furthermore, the press rest conveyor system is designed robustly as a scraper conveyor with no hinged belt, making it suitable for various heating methods, including Gas Heating. Optionally, inverters can be integrated for the variable main pumps to promote energy saving and recovery.
Gas-Fired Rapid Heating Furnaces provide direct heating in combination with preheating zones, making them an efficient choice for an Aluminium Extrusion Plant. They offer low energy costs, with process efficiency of approximately 63% when utilizing convection preheating zones.
